The REBS aluminum Tactical Ladder Single Step is an adapter that quickly connects a flexible wire ladder to the rigid Tactical Ladder system.  Constructed of forged aluminum, the adapter uses custom Atlas quick connect pins capable of operating in the harsh maritime environments. When used in conjunction with the Tactical Ladder system and a flexible caving ladder, the Single Step adapter extends the effective reach of the system, eases user transition from the flexible to the rigid portion of the ladder, and accounts for RHIB sea state variance when boarding.
