The ATL Multi-Handle Hook (MHH) provides a tool-less, rapid connection to the ATL litter/ladder for patient carry/transport and treatment. The MHH litter handles are ergonomic and can be folded to act as litter stancions, enable bottom-side wound care, or mitigate hypoterhmic risks as a table without impeding ingress into an airframe during extraction.
