Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon Visits Atlas Devices
Atlas Devices CEO Nate Ball hosted Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon as part of the kickoff to her #SBAIgniteTour on Wednesday, February 7th. During her visit to the Charlestown, MA facility, McMahon got a first-hand look at where Atlas Devices designs and manufactures their products, and heard the story of the company’s growth.
With the help of SBA resources including the Massachusetts Export Center, a Small Business Development Company (SBDC), and SBA backed loans such as the Export Working Capital loan and Contract CAPline loan, Atlas Devices was able to grow for over a decade with non-dilutive capital. With new investment from Pine Street Capital, a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC), Atlas continues to chart an exciting path forward with the help of the SBA.
"The SBA has been behind all of our key growth periods, so it meant a lot to us to show the Administrator the company we’ve built with SBA’s help,” said Ball. At the end of the tour, McMahon, the former President and CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE), took note of the Atlas Devices arm wrestling table and Championship Belt and was up for a friendly match.
